Halo Wars
I haven't had a chance to pick this up due to a busy life I currently lead. I was really looking forward to this game since it was first announced and now want t find out what other gamers think of it.

So have you played it and was it good? Did it meet the levels of all the hype and was it as good or better that C&C?

Look forward to hearing from players!

"The most unpleasant thing in life is to have a 200IQ in a 100IQ world." - Gordon Novel

"It is not enough to criticize society without offering a workable alternative." – Jacque Fresco

"It's not the accomplishment that gets you to the top, it's the doing of trying to do the deed" - Gordon Novel

RE: Halo Wars
I'm also still didn't have chance for grabbing this game. But I hear most people give it a good rate. Just the cons is there is not enough upgradeable stuff. That's what I know about it. Maybe you should give it a try and post your review here. Smile

RE: Halo Wars
Another one I'd like to watch for. I was looking at C&C's Red Alert 3, but while the reviewers like it, the players have been less enthusiastic about it. Critics and players give Halo Wars a good rating, but some websites only rate it as fair. Screen caps look pretty good. Okay, maybe not as good as Bikini Samurai Squad, but still pretty playable.

But it is Xbox so I won't get the chance to play. So it goes.

RE: Halo Wars
Personally I am not much found of this game. There is no clear reason , which I could be able to mention here yet its may be, due to the fact that its animation sometime looks boring & monotonous.

RE: Halo Wars
I was afraid of this kind of review ... not really worry: it's not like I made the game, but I was finally considering. But maybe I still have. The demo did not seem too disturbing in regard to the checks. Maybe it's because I use some time to spent LotR RTS game on the 360, but the analog stick / trigger combo worked pretty well in my opinion.

RE: Halo Wars
Halo Wars look and feel like part of the series. Halo Wars is definitely fun, one just worries if it’s not enough for one group of gamers and too much for another. The storyline is slightly complicated at first but eventually pieces together to make a satisfying ending, though it's certainly not long and should take most players around five hours to play through.
